In-store, we hire Sales Associates, Assistant Store Managers, and Store Managers. The main goals in these positions are to drive sales and provide service for the customers who keep coming back for more! We’ll continuously work with you to develop sales and communication skills but having an interest in people, and a passion for fashion is a good place to start!
2. Customer Service Center
The Customer Service team consists of Customer Service Representatives and Team Leads. To say that this is an important job is an understatement! These are the people who speak with our employees and customers Every. Single. Day. Your main objectives are to help resolve customers’ problems, answer questions, and offer more opportunities to purchase products. We’ll provide training on the professional skills you need, but being a great problem solver, multitasker, and extra patience are key skills we look for.
3. Distribution Center
If you’ve ever bought or ordered something from Journeys, this team had something to do with it! Every day our experts in Shipping and Receiving and Fulfillment are ensuring that millions of pairs of shoes, apparel items, and accessories are getting in the hands of eager Journeys shoppers. Attention to detail and organization are must-haves when it comes to such important tasks in this fast-paced environment.
4. Home Office
Over 70% of our Home Office staff started in a store, so it’s no shock that the office is an extension of the fun and fast-paced store culture. With plenty of teams to join like Operations, Marketing and eCommerce, Training, Buying and Merchandising, Loss Prevention, Store Services, and more, your skills will definitely be put to good use. Each team is a tiny piece of the Journeys puzzle that helps business runs smoothly and efficiently.
